Gassan Khuntan’s layout features sharp doglegs, island greens, water carries, and steep-edged bunkers, posing constant challenges for golfers. The Bermuda grass fairways and ultra-dwarf Bermuda greens ensure well-conditioned playing surfaces throughout.

Notable among the holes is the par-3 5th, a 163-yard challenge with a small island green. Accuracy is key to avoiding the surrounding hazards and securing a birdie opportunity. Conversely, any misstep could lead to a bogey or worse. Yet, the panoramic views from this hole are breathtaking. In 2018, an additional nine holes opened for play, showcasing unique challenges such as playing through the State Railway of Thailand train tracks.
