Generally, the golf club membership secondary market in Thailand offers some excellent value deals. Membership prices have been on an upward trend over the past year or so.

Currently(as at November 2007), we have the following Phuket golf club memberships available or wanted. The prices shown include the transfer fee, any back dues in fees, and all taxes, but are subject to final negotiation with the seller.
All memberships listed are transferable (subject to the golf clubs’ standard terms and conditions). There are NO RESTRICTIONS on persons living outside of Thailand owning golf memberships in Thailand.
Transfers can normally be effected within one day.
All prices quoted include transfer fee, payment of any back dues and all taxes.
